Meditation in Movement

Sunday - next class to be announced!

For more information contact Sonia Arion, 503-750-1236.  The intention of this time is to provide our community with a safe place to move our bodies in space. Participants are asked to invite in a sense of exploration, inner awareness and play - a departure from the static way we usually inhabit our bodies.  Each session will start with a short silent meditation, followed by music and end with a brief gratitude circle.
