Iyengar Yoga

For more information contact Anne Phillipsborn at anne@philipsborn.net. Beginning April 18, 2019 and continuing 5/2, 5/9, 5/16 and 5/23. Taught by certified Iyengar Instructor, Anne Phillipsborn. Iyengar Yoga uses physical alignment to encourage self-awareness in the body.

Nia

Bring a water bottle and a yoga mat. Wear comfortable, light clothing and bare feet. Drop-in = $8, 4 sessions = $29 and 8 sessions = $52.

Meditation in Movement

For more information contact Sonia Arion, 503-750-1236.  The intention of this time is to provide our community with a safe place to move our bodies in space. Participants are asked to invite in a sense of exploration, inner awareness and play - a departure from the static way we usually inhabit our bodies.  Each session will start with a short silent meditation, followed by music and end with a brief gratitude circle.
